The family group had 9 people plus 1 dog, and all of us were happy (even the dog) and laughing during the photo shoot. The assistant got us ready and started the set up and the photographer came in and made minor adjustments. It was nice that he was explaining to the assistant why he made the changes, because it let us know too. His personality was great and the laughing and joking is just what these photos call for. It took some time, since our group was so big, but we all left happy with some amazing memories and great photos. If you are in Corolla or Duck and want a picture that will be a reminder of your family's trip this is the place to go. The staff is great and the photos were amazing.

The first year we went it was at a busy time and so things were rushed, and the woman was short with us, but not rude. This last time we went right as it opened and everything was very relaxed and we really had a great time! Both times we went we had in mind the pose we wanted to do and asked if it could be done, and both times she was very accommodating! The first time we went we mixed Native Americans with a Barmaid, and although she said they'd never done it before she tried it anyways. This last time we were pirates with the jail background and she went to great lengths to cover up all the western decorations she has set up around that back drop. All and all I love this place, and I like that shes honest with us, such as telling us that the backdrop we chose wasn't historically accurate for pirates, but she gave us the option to continue with the photo if we wished. We plan on going back next year for the Olde Timey Bathing Suits. We want to keep going back until we do them all!!! -Kelsey
