Our business hours for phone-in orders are between 11a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
We do try to ship most in-stock merchandise within 48 to 72 hours after receipt your order. Please be aware though that
during the months of January, February, it may take a little longer due to our retail stores are closed. Give event date
to ensure timely delivery. Any orders that must be shipped THAT Second Day or next Day VIA OVERNIGHT SHIPPING, must be
received by 1:00PM EST. Website and phone mail orders are processed in the same manner and orders entered weeknights or
weekends are filled at the start of the next business day.

At times we offer Special shipping Promotions on select items these promotions can end at any time with out notes.
Our Shipping promotions are only for USA orders, ground shipping. International & Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico &
other US Territories these orders will be billed for shipping an added shipping charge may be added with a minimum added charge of $15.00.
Some order may will still have a handling fee of $5.00 per box.
We Ship with US Post Office, UPS, Fed-Ex, and others at our will, shipping partners are subject to change without notice.

We will contact customers regarding any item on back order. The whole order will be shipped with
Back-ordered items at same time unless customer request differently. If this order is needed by a
certain date please inform us of the date needed.
All orders must be paid by credit card. You must provide correct billing address of the cardholder and phone number to use a credit card. No C.O.D.'s.
North Carolina Tax Rule
